A Much Needed Break

WARNING LOTS OF PICTURES!!!!
We had so much fun on our vacation to Vegas I didn't want to come home. Which is a first and it kind of made me nervous because I could totally see us living there again. But then we went to the mall and saw all the dumb teenagers running around and I realized why we so desperately wanted to move home :) It's always nice to have reminders! Any way to start the trip out we were brave and took the kids to see Tangled. It was the girls first time in a theater and they did pretty good. I only had to go out once with Zoe. The movie is adorable and we will be watching for it on DVD. Zac he hawed through all the previews and all of the movie. Needless to say it was very funny. I'm not sure which was funnier the movie or Zac. But it was lots of fun.

You can't go to the movies and not get popcorn. They were so excited to have there very own bag.

The next day we hit the toy store first thing in the morning. Zachary got tons of money for his birthday and he was just anxious to spend it. We definitely went to the right place to do that ;) He was so excited to see the Captain Rex Lego man when we were there. He said it was so awesome and he wanted a job like that. (Building huge Lego people)
Then we went to the Children's Museum. Again they had a blast. Things had been moved around a little since the last time we were there. We had fun exploring everything.

Kids love to push buttons!

Zac was making music on this laser thing. He said he was bending the air like on The Last Air bender.

Daddy and Keira.

Mommy and Zoe.

Ready for take off?

The bubbles are always a hit!

Zac did pretty good making bubbles. He remembered the tricks they told him last time.

And of course the grocery store. The girls were filling the baskets quicker than we could put things away.

Making a trail for the boat in the water.

Watcha gonna make Zachary?

Um I'm not even sure what to say about this one. Leave it to Jared to find a place to sit:)

What a cutie patootie.

Jared built the tallest tower. He was very proud of his building skills!

This just shows how fun that place is. It just knocked Keira right out.

On our way home we stopped at Grandma Vickie's for lunch and a gingerbread house making party.

They kids and Daddy checking out Grandma's dead gopher she caught in her backyard.

Grandma surprised Zachary with a birthday cake. She said he needed one because he didn't have a party. I personally think he got something way better than a party.

The girls love cake!!

Happy Birthday Zachary!!!!

All smiles. (even on his house!)

Jared the master decorator and his lovely assistants!

Keira smelling the peppermint sticks. This little sweetie just beats to her own drum!
